Elinphant Internship & Certificate Program

Elinphant Internship & Certificate Program

Our Response to COVID-19

When Elinphant realized that COVID-19 was going to have a major impact on summer plans for high school and college students, we decided to offer a virtual internship program. We thought this was a way to give back to our employees, and to help their children continue to grow and learn when many programs and jobs were canceled for the summer. We put this program together to be a combination of education, mentoring, and projects. We wanted to give them a jump start on work experience, and add to their resumes. At the end of the program, each intern will have earned a certificate that they have completed the Elinphant Internship Program. While we hope that this is the only summer that our children’s lives are disrupted by COVID-19, we also hope that this is year one of a robust internship and certification program at Elinphant.

Program Features

The foundation of our program focuses on the development of skills that young adults will need to thrive in the workplace. This inaugural Summer Intern group consists of five students ranging from of high school to college, plus one recent college graduate. Our program contains an array of training opportunities including:

  • Weekly “Lunch and Learn” series hosted by our experts
  • LinkedIn Learning courses focused on soft skill development and Microsoft applications.
  • Training specific to the compliance and regulatory matters that Elinphant focuses on
  • General best practices for professional workplaces and offices
  • One-on-one mentoring

Program Benefits

Interns are awarded a certificate of completion, are compensated, and receive a bonus upon exiting the program. We plan on offering this program each summer to young adults who are seeking an opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and learn more about our services and client solutions. Please reach out to us if you would like to know more about the program or would like to be considered for it next summer.
